Bi-Plast is a subcontractor that produces plastic parts for industrial customers in Europe and Asia. Our main segments are the valve, construction, food and beverage, furniture, electronics, laboratory and clinical equipment industries. <\/p>\n

We have more than 50 years of experience in manufacturing plastic parts and have thus built up a wealth of knowledge and expertise in that time. Our specialised knowledge benefits our customers by allowing us to provide expert input and feedback to R&D departments. <\/p>\n

We specialise in Monosandwich moulding (2K), foaming, metal part recasting, glass-filled materials, transparent parts, thermoplastic elastomers and metal-to-plastic replacements.<\/p>\n

We offer closing pressures from 25 tonnes to 350 tonnes and shot volumes from 0.1 cm3 to 1100 cm3.<\/p>\n

Our dedicated and professional staff focus on innovative solutions and use their vast experience to ensure uniformly compliant, high-quality production.<\/p>\n

A plastics journey spanning 50+ years<\/h2>\n

Bi-Plast was founded by husband and wife Ove and Gunhild Nielsen in 1972. It was a modest start at the old school in Lang\u00e5 on East Funen, where production began with one machine in a former stable building next to a private home. <\/p>\n

We quickly gained many good customers, and the company’s continued growth soon led it to outgrow its premises. In 1979, we built a factory on Kuopiovej in Svendborg to house a growing machine park and an increasing number of employees. In 1985, Bi-Plast expanded its factory buildings again to keep pace with demand. <\/p>\n

In 1997, the next generation \u2013 production engineer Jette Bendstrup Nielsen \u2013 joined the company, and in 2015, plastics engineer Ulrik Juel Nielsen took Ove’s place.<\/p>\n

After 40 years at the same address, Bi-Plast moved to larger premises in 2019.<\/p>\n
