One of the major catalysts in this process is the automotive industry, which is constantly on the hunt for lighter, stronger and more chemically stable materials to fulfil customer and regulatory requirements. It puts raw material manufacturers to work, driving their research and innovation to develop new types of plastics.<\/p>\n
At Bi-Plast, we make sure we stay up to date by actively participating in events that our raw material and machinery suppliers host every year. We also have direct access to our suppliers’ R&D and technical departments.<\/p>\n

Over the years, we have gained immense experience in moulding high-temperature materials, both unfilled and glass-filled. We specialise in production using materials like Fortron (PPS), XAREC (SPS), RTP (PSU), Ultem (PEI), Victrex (PEEK), and more.
This means that our machines must be equipped to reach the high temperatures necessary, and that peripheral equipment, as for mould tempering, follows suit. In that regard, our equipment is in tip-top condition.<\/p>\n
If you want to use recycled plastics in your products, we can help with that, too. You can use it for an entire product, or, with the 2K Monosandwich<\/a> method, you can also use it as the core of your part.
